Overview
PrimeStay is an Irish SaaS product for property managers. It brings portfolios, tenants, rent and maintenance into one workspace.
My role
I led the UI UX design and created the brand.
What I designed
Brand identity and app icon
Overview dashboard with rent and payment insights
Leasing, maintenance board, calendar and documents
Property details, invoices and messaging
Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile
Approach
Property managers juggle a lot. I used a quiet monochrome system with one clear action per screen, and a kanban maintenance board so requests never get lost.
